  I got ice cream around 12 on Sunday and they were busy. No greeting, the line was long and the employees were standing around waiting for change. Seemed chaotic for them as if they didn't expect to see a busy day.

  Literally had the order my fiance wanted on my phone from there app showed them and still received the completely wrong order. Both girls worked at the horseshoe location Sunday June 17th at 9am where very rude rolling there eyes at other customers and definitely do not care about there job. Will never come here again. And will make sure everyone in know doesn't waist there money here. So I went back this morning to give it another try and when I looked in the case where all the food is it was full of nats the girl was waving off the nats as she put my order in the box I have never been so disgusted. How is this place not shut down by the health department?? Do not eat here it's not worth getting sick.

  Desiree the MANAGER at the horseshoe lake Charles location manager is horrible extremely rude and unprofessional. I have a wheat allergy and she had no problem changing the recipe on the everything bagel without notifying anyone of it.

  Service is horrible. There is no sense of urgency from the staff and one specific manager. They all have attitudes and no welcoming demeanor. One staff member literally said "You're finna piss me off" because I asked her if she could tend to my order instead of cleaning her station first. The food is somewhat decent when they're not out of stock on certain items. They were out of eggs and instead of trying to accommodate they told me they couldn't make my order probably because they didn't want to make the order to begin with. I had to convince them that I would take a sandwich without the eggs for them to still let me order. Every experience I've encountered has been a horrible one and I work in the same exact casino as well so for me to be leaving such a review says a lot.
