  Thank you so much a great place people are awesome and people are respectful and kind to each other, which is an awesome awesome thing to see. They are nice to customers from all backgrounds and all races and the employees are really nice and cordial to people from all backgrounds and all races that’s the sort of world we need we love and respect is to be found and people are nice and kind to everyone and work hard and there’s no drama and everything else. Thank you so much. Love you guys and love the food and drinks as well.

  I placed an online order for a Biggie Bag (around $8). The app didn’t give me any option to add sauce, so when I picked it up, I politely asked the employee for a BBQ sauce. She handed it to me without hesitation — great customer service, simple and easy. Immediately after, the manager confronted her in front of me for not charging me for the sauce. That was disappointing for a few reasons: If a customer is spending money on a meal, one sauce shouldn’t be treated like a major loss. Correcting or disciplining an employee should never happen in front of a customer. It’s unprofessional and undermines the employee. Charging for basic sauces in the first place feels excessive, especially when the app doesn’t even provide an option to add it during checkout. The employee did exactly what good customer service looks like — she solved a simple problem quickly and politely. The manager’s reaction was unnecessary and poorly handled. I hope leadership recognizes employees who try to do right by customers, instead of discouraging them.

  The people were so nice here. My food took extra long and I was going to cancel my order, but I wasnt mad. They surprised me with the kindness that I didn't expect - and the food tasted even better because of it! They had no idea who i was or how bad of a day I'd had... there are angels working here.
