  Me and My family went through the drive thru to order and they are always out of certain things, especially drinks. But for the money you have to put out for fast food nowadays the food shouldn't be cold or warm at all, it should be fresh and hot and it wasn't. Plus the sweet iced tea I ordered had a bug or fly in it, I saw this when I got home! The guy at the ordering window wasn't the friendliest, they could use better customer service. But like I said for what you pay for fast food it should be hot and not cold like it was today and the drinks were absolutely horrible and a bug really!! Loss of money and they should have to replace or refund it, especially when you can't even drink the drinks! McDonalds do better!!!

  The the food is amazing. It’s an amazing McDonald’s. The drinks are amazing though the building is amazing. The seats are amazing. The people are amazing… I have a issue and I am hurt from this place and some of the shift supervisors…………… I don’t think I have found a place to be this contrasting and this difficult for people of color I feel like they openly and side, handedly, bully people of color. I think that it’s a little bit of a childish and a little bit of a kind of clicky culture. I also think that they will tell people of color to leave the McDonald’s in you know 45 minutes or in 60 minutes whereas they really appreciate our and our extra nice to Caucasian people and older white people. They are welcomed and appreciated and the older white people are told to sit down and chat. These older white people would sit down and chat and make it all homely……… It’s great to be nice to anyone and it’s great that they are nice to these people and it’s great that these guys feel so comfortable that they may bring their pillows and pajamas, and a camp out there…… That’s great, but I take offense to the fact that they are discriminatory mean rude and sneaky to people of color staff and to people of color customers I have thought about a lawsuit for this place, but I don’t have the time and I I hope that somebody also raises this as a point of concern because such open discrimination and sneaky attitude should not be tolerated……… It’s not a McDonald’s I know I will definitely say amongst more than hundreds of McDonald’s I visited. This is been the most disappointing McDonald’s ever it’s a little bit of a culture where a lot of kicking ass is there and some racist general managers or racist managers might be backing up shift supervisors that are also racist and employees that are racist, but there’s definitely something going on here. I can feel it in my bones…… What I’d like is just to see a place that is a comfortable, respectful, loving place to customers of all backgrounds and employees of all backgrounds such open and sneaky racism should not be allowed and appreciated or shouldn’t be such so rampant it’s it’s it’s it’s a sad thing to see. Thank you.

  Im not the one to write reviews on any place but i stopped here with enough time to eat inside the lobby … We ordered and the staff took a while taking our food out which we had no problem with. We got the food and within less than 10 minutes i believe the manager looked at us from the counter saying to “hurry up because the lobby is closed and it should of been cleaned already .” We eat and try to throw our trash away and refill a drink the manager while sitting on the counter kicking her feet talks to another employee loud enough to hear “they see him mopping omg.” While rolling her eyes. I understand if they were closing or close to closing but a little heads of would of been nice about the timing especially since it took a while to get our food out. We were traveling and this was not a good experience at all. I hope this place improves its customer service because I know mcdonalds thrives on their service.
