  Id give this place 0 stars if I could! We came here tonight ordered 12 soft tacos, they gave us 12 crunchy taco we went inside and told them and they all got attitudes saying we ordered the crunchy! The disrespect that comes from this place is ridiculous the customers are the reasons they even make a pay check and this is how yall aloud your employees to treat people they literally threw them in the bag such a mess this is my kids food!!! We will not be back at this place and I dont recommend anyone wasting there time or money here! Have a blessed day and stay prayed up!

  Horrible staff. Wouldn’t even acknowledge that customers were waiting. Waiting for 20 minutes and only one lobby order went out.

  this place is just terrible all around. Went at 3:30 in the afternoon & no one in drive thru. i ordered a steak quesadilla with the sauce on the side then went onto order a luxe box. We had to repeat the order 3 times. then a lady chimed in RUDELY over the speaker saying “you want the sauce on the quesadilla or just on the side” Once again, it was said extremely rudely. got to the window and got no greeting. Need nicer workers & apparently smarter workers because having to repeat a simple order 3 times is ridiculous. on top of that we had an item missing.

  Between 9:30 pm and 9:45 12/3/25 I made a mobile order for the luxe box and franks red hot spicy chicken burrito when I get there to relieve my order the young lady said they were out of items to make the burrito I asked them could they replace with an item of equal value what do they do give me a nacho beef burrito values at 2.89 when the pranks red hot was 5.89. And my order was cold the tortilla was stiff and the tacos were cold and soggy like they packaged a previous order and passed it.off to.me I threw it in the garbage and went and got canes at least I know there food is hot and the manager just stood around drinking a soda like I dont care what you guys are doing i am done this is the second time Taco Bell has gyped me cypress st one took my .only and never refunded me for an order I never got lazy manager there too
