We were getting gas at a Circle K service station and decided to get a Subway which was next to the Circle K I ordered a Meatball sandwich my wife ordered a sandwich with 3 or 4 kinds of meat and 6 or 7 kinds of add ons like mayo pickels lettuce black olives onions mushrooms and cheese. I had recently bought a meatball sub a few days before and the lady working there put as many meatballs as the 6 in white sub bread and marinara sauce and cheese would hold. She was very friendly wore gloves and dressed nicely and the sub was great. I told my wife about how nice the lady was and she gave me my money worths buying the meatball sub.
So this day l asked my wife if she wanted to go to the same Subway and she said yes. This trip was different there was a different lady working there and she was entirely opposite of the other lady. She wasn't friendly and seemed like the Subway was about to run out of food. She didn't put enough meatballs on my 6 in. white bread and not enough marinara sauce and cheese to cover the length of the bread, and the length of the bread wasn't 6 inches and my wife commented after we got in her jeep about the service we got and reminded me telling her about how good the service I got there and how good and the amount of meatballs and sauce and cheese was. And she said that the lady working there acted like she was deliberately not giving us the amount of things we ordered on the subs we ordered. We took the subs home

They can't ever answer your question about their products half the time and their manager is never around for them to provide you with an answer. Also their online website claims they have no 20 oz bottled drinks in stock and when you get there to pickup your order they have a drink cooler full of 20 oz bottles. The sandwiches never seem to be toasted yeah you watch them put it in the toaster but it is soft and squishy as before they put it in the toaster. Then they make a mistake and give you the wrong bread that you did not order and they will not remake your food. Even though they are the ones at fault. How crazy is that! Pretty crazy if you ask me lol

The young lady that was working tonight at 8pm was VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
As I walk in the door she didn't not greet me first thing out of her mouth before I'm even 2 steps in the door was "what kind of bread do you want?" Then without even looking at the coupon I tried to ask her about she tells me I can only order from the list of sandwiches listed under the build your own menu. No where on my coupon did it say this. I do not eat any of the sandwiches listed on that list so I try asking her about a pizza sub. She tells me she don't know what I'm talking about so again I try to tell her and she raises her voice at me and ask "do you see it on the menu? We don't make no pizza sub". I tell her that's funny every other subway does. At this point I've had enough and i tell her don't even worry about it I'm going somewhere else and let her know she is very rude and I would be calling her boss. She's saying something not to sure what. Then she says let me take your picture and she takes a picture of me with her phone. Which mad me very uncomfortable did not have my ok to do so..After a very long day of working outside in the heatall I wanted was to grab something to eat and call it a day. I can not stress enough how unprofessional and rude this young lady was. Amazes me how people can be so ugly to other people. For no reason at all! So I hope no one else has had to deal with her poor customer service toniggt and if they did i hope they also say something because something needs to be done.
