I got my order to go so I could get back on the road. I was just passing through Monroe La. and decided that Arby's sounded delicious. Once I was back on the road less than 5 minutes after getting my order and leaving I opened up my bag and found that the Half Pound Beef and Cheddar was so soggy that the bun was like a wet wash rag and the curly fries were cold and soggy as well. This is the worse order I have ever received from an Arby's anywhere. You would think that paying over $17 for a meal that it would not even be served this way. I would have taken pictures of the food for proof but I was driving down the interstate at 70 mph. You got me this time Arby's and there will not be a next time

Door dash delivered our meal. Missed cherry turnover, Arby's sauces, large curly fry. The manager argued with me and thinks I'm lying. Im done with

I visited at 11:00 am on a Saturday. From the time I placed my order until I reached the window was 7 minutes. It should be noted that there was 1 vehicle in line wsiting at the window when I pulled up. I paid and waited 5 more minutes, when shockingly, a different employee opened the window and said, "Can you please pull forward?? It's going to be about 4 minutes on your chicken strips." I waited 7 minutes for the food to be brought out. The chicken was fresh and hot. The fries were hard and cold. The person who brought the food out handed me a shake and said this is for having to wait.
Not the best experience but, the kids didn't fuss and the food was eaten .
