  I found a bug in my drink and I was almost done would not recommend this is disgusting and very unclean WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE‼️ and the girl who checked my drink started smiling and laughing like it was a joke just UNPROFESSIONAL

Special shout‑out to **Kiara**, the undisputed MVP of this location. She takes your order with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for lottery winners and people who just found $20 in an old coat pocket. My coffee was perfect—*not* “good enough,” not “close enough,” but **actually perfect**, which is a rare and beautiful thing in this chaotic world. The line moved fast, the donuts were fresh, and the vibe was “we’ve got you, even if your morning is falling apart.” Honestly, if every Dunkin’ had a Kiara, world peace might be achievable. Would absolutely recommend. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a donut-shaped halo for Kiara. ---

  This is the best dunkin ever, not even Starbucks or 7brew could compare, and the employees, sheeshhh don’t even get me started, there’s a few that are so amazing and excellent at their job like, Jamarcus, Kiara, and Brooke, they keep that store running. They keep the atmosphere so welcoming with happy vibes all around, and the crème Brulé offered by Brooke is amazing I recommend it, 10/10 always recommend!!!

  I stopped by the Dunkin' on Cypress Street in West Monroe this afternoon, and it was the perfect midday pick-up. The service was remarkably fast for a busy Sunday, and the team was incredibly upbeat. I tried the new Banana Puddin’ Cloud Latte from the Spring 2026 lineup, and it was excellent—the banana cold foam adds a really unique, creamy sweetness that pairs perfectly with the espresso. I also couldn't resist a box of the Wedding Cake Munchkins. They were perfectly fresh, and that signature almond-vanilla flavor with the blue sprinkles definitely hit the spot. The shop was clean, well-stocked, and McKenna had a great energy for a weekend afternoon. If you’re cruising through West Monroe and need a treat, this location is definitely on top of its game right now!

  recently moved to west Monroe, and have been coming to Dunkin every day before work. I get in and out in. They work really fast and I never have to stress about being late., even if they have a line. The staff is always super positive and helping and they always make my day a little better. Kiara is always in the window when I come by and she knows my order by heart! Couldn’t ask for a better experience and they will always have me as a customer. Love her and the staff at west Monroe Dunkin!!❤️❤️ thank you Kiara!
