- ADAndrew Daugherty1 day ago1.0ordered on doordash, was supposed to recieve 2 10 piece nuggets, 2 cheeseburger meal, and a frosty. i recieved a singular 10 piece nugget and fries with my drink and frosty. was missing both of my burgers and 10 nuggets. doordash offered me $7 in credits which is unacceptable for more than half of my $26 order being missing, and when i tried to call mcdonalds they wouldnt answer at first, and then started answering and hanging up. i dont know what manager allows service like this but everytime i go to mcdonalds its a terrible experience nowadays, at least at this specific location.

I ordered through drive thru, emplyoyee kept overtalkng me, so I hoped my order would be correct. It wasn't, I waited for someone to assist me again at drive thru and the Mgr showed up, told me I had to pay .80 more for lettuce. I asked for compensation for inconvenience and was told I was combative. I then asked for a full $18 and some change refund. I then drive to the nearest Chick Fila an exit away!!!

Bonus... they didn't forget the sauces for the nuggets. When I saw the billboard on I-10 like 15 miles before the exit I thought that the franchise owner must take pride in his business (I do overrthink most things, a blessing and a curse). I worked at McDonald's when I was in highschool in the late 90s early 2000s and took pride in that job. Its been so disappointing how fast food service has declined drastically over the past few decades, maybe that's why this quality service blew my mind. Gold star for this location.

I pull up to collect my order and I was refunded and no sandwich, saying i was too late. to the team and manager who couldn’t make a single mcgriddle and go about the rest of their day…it takes $0 to be kind. will not be returning to this location
