  Website says it supposed to be open at 6 a.m and they don't open up till 7 a.m was up with that Im already at work at 6:30

  For the SIXTH time in a row , I had to send my burger back because they made it wrong. I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES and these guys have continued to make it wrong everytime, making me wait almost an hour after work for food. They do not pay attention at all. I stay until I check my good because every single time, theres something wrong. Even after I wait an extra 20 minutes tonight for THE SAME EXACT THING, they don't give me the correct condiments to mozzarella sticks. I will no longer spend my money here, I'd rather eat the dirt it's built on than deal with those incompetent people at Vivian Sonic. Idc how many free items you give out, unless you change your employees or their behavior, it's never gonna make your customers come back bc they're still waiting triple the time the store even wants.

  Worst sonic I've been to in my life, ordered food for pick up, been waiting for a half hour after placing my order online before I arrived. 1 extremely slow car hop with absolutely no ambition just waddling around the parking lot at a snail pace

  We pulled in there was like one other car parked we placed our order and when it was delivered to us in good time the food was hot and fresh but when the car hop delivered our order and told us next time we could park in the drive thru so that she didn't have to come out in the rain to serve us. We had forgot to order drinks so I asked the car hop if we could order drinks and she told us we could order drinks but we had to drive around to drive throu to order because it was raining she didn't want to get wet. So we back out and drove around to drive throu to order our drinks we order 3 drinks that cost more than the 3 meals we ordered in the first park
