  Ordered two grilled chicken combo sandwiches and got two fried chicken sandwiches. I see plenty of complaints and prolly no one is doing anything about it. SAD TO SEE THIS THIS PLACE SUCKS.

  I live here in Ville Platte and I’ve given McDonald’s more chances than I should have. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night I go, whether I order through the drive-thru or ahead in the app — I am always told to pull into a parking spot and wait. At this point, it feels intentional. It seems like cars are moved out of the drive-thru line just to make the drive-thru times look faster than they really are. Meanwhile, the actual wait once you park is ridiculous. My average wait time is over 20 minutes — for fast food. And let’s talk about the ice cream machine. The last five times I’ve gone, it has magically been “broken.” Five times in a row. That’s not bad luck — that’s a pattern. When you’re paying fast-food prices, you expect fast-food service. Instead, it feels like a slow sit-down experience without the service. Very disappointing for a location that serves a small town where people notice consistency — and unfortunately, the consistency here is long waits and excuses. I really hope management addresses this, because right now it’s not living up to what people expect.

  So the drive thru lady was extremely rude, no shocker McDonald's service is predictable. Food was wrong. Also no shocker, I look forward to the 50% discount of my having my lunch made the next day. But now I can't do that either because they leave the phone off the base so incoming calls don't go through and it's a busy line (one of the managers confirmed this to be true.) Actually a horrific establishment, it's such a shame Burger King's menu is objectively worse or there'd be no reason to come to this terrible restaurant. This is my 2nd 1 star review, my first one was years ago, so literally no improvement since last time I lived here, wild how consistently a place can suck.
