I'll never go in person again and I'll only order from door dash from them because if they mess something up I can get my money back pretty instantaneously. I've been to this location since 2022 with my friends as it was a regular spot for us until recently. The workers and management have zero respect for human life. It's like everyone who sets foot in there is instantly made out to be a nail in their shoe. Ordering in person is terrible, ordering on the phone is terrible, they practically throw the bag at you, the cooks take their sweetest time doing everything including back to back cigarette breaks. If they do something wrong it's not "oh let's fix it" it's will give you your money back but we're done helping you. I don't know of many restaurants I can reasonably say making six pieces of chicken wings takes an hour but they somehow are top of the list. You can go to Texas Roadhouse order, eat a appetizer, and your dinner and walk out before this Wingstop makes six wings.
