  Food always warm not fresh and hot. Workers use their celle phones with gloves on touch everything and don't change their gloves..

  Poor customer service the workers playing around in the store I'm standing there and the young lady came up didn't greet me no hello or what can I get for you I stood there about 5 minutes this was around 9:15 PM they weren't busy I was the only customer standing there so I walked out and went next door to McDonald's bad bad customer service I wouldn't want these people running my store making me loose money

  The MANAGER being rude and talking smack out the window while the poor worker sits there awkward all over a taco!!! They are lucky it’s 1 in the morning and i’m sure corporate won’t answer the phone right now.

  I ordered a crunch wrap supreme for the Thibodaux Louisiana store … Not at all crunchy … I put it in a skillet with butter, like a grilled cheese and grilled it until it was brown - still not crunchy. It was nothing but tortilla…. not much inside There may have been one tablespoon of meat inside. What a waste of my money !!! Please don’t waste YOUR MONEY ! I used to like their cheesy chalupa but now I do not like one thing on their menu. DONE WITH TACO BELL. !!!
