I really think 7 Brew is going to give Starbucks a run for their money; it's ten times better than Starbucks, I say. I hope you all stay open for a long time and have a prosperous business. Obviously we are aware everyone is still in training at this location and everyone’s attitudes are pretty amazing considering how stressfully busy it is upon opening this week. However, we had a very sweet girl hand us our drinks and one of them didn’t come how it was ordered for a seasonal drink and when she apologized and sent it back to get fixed, the girl who intercepted the drink was so beyond rude to her in front of us. All of our windows were down and we watched as she embarrassed this nice girl. AND the mean girl was wrong anyway! What happened to customer is always right? She sure as hell was making a scene in front of the person who ordered it as well which is insanely unprofessional. The original girl was so sweet and seemed upset that this older woman loud capped her in front of all of their coworkers and customers!
