  I have never been to a 7 Brew before. Thought I'd give a try. I am not long time coffee drinker but I've been getting more into Iced Coffees. I've been twice now since it's opened. The first time my drink was great. Staff was friendly but the the ordering process is stressful when you don't know what is on the menu and they are at your window ready to take your order. The first visit recommendation was perfect. The order I got tasted great. I did think the music was really loud but figured maybe it was being tested out or something. Second time, I think the cold foam or something was sour. It made me feel sick after drinking it. I also still don't fully know what's on the menu after 1x visit so when the staff walk up to take my order, I feel rushed to place my order. I'm no expert on coffee ordering so without seeing a menu or being able to read the descriptions, it is a stressful experience to me. Even asking questions is difficult because the music is so loud it's hard to hear. So having a conversation to ask questions isn't condusive to the environment. Makes me wonder if the music being loud is on prpose to make the ordering rushed and customer interaction less personable. I wanted to love it but it just ok. Maybe if I'm craving iced coffee bad enough, I'll stop again.

  I cannot express how much I love the atmosphere, lately it’s been feeling so divine and not to brag the workers are so amazing. On my day today I was served by Jawan and he completely made my day not just by serving my drink but by asking how I was and holding a genuine conversation. I love love this place.

  i absolutely love this place! i have been coming going since it first opened and it seems that the energy in the whole crew switched and they are even nicer than before. i just love the brew crew! i definitely recommend getting any energy (my personal favorite is a brewberry add pineapple). keep up the good vibes thibodaux!

  Had such an amazing experience at 7brew today!! The energy was absolutely unmatched and the music had the whole vibe on point from the moment I pulled up. Everyone was so upbeat, friendly, and made the experience feel fun, not just a quick stop. You can really tell the team enjoys what they do, and it shows in the service. Definitely made my day — I’ll be back for sure!!
