There is always one worker there that is very respectful and shows professionalism at its finest— I need to get her name to give recognition because the two workers I stumbled across on from tonight’s shift was absolutely terrible. There were customers waiting while the two workers were chit chatting with their friend that was standing on the side. None of the customers were acknowledged until the friend told them she was leaving. I ordered through the mobile app which I always do and never had a problem, until tonight. If you’re just going to have straight attitudes and no professionalism at all, you do not need to come into work — especially wearing pajama pants.

Cakes are sloppily decorated and they still have Halloween cakes for sale weeks after Halloween is over. These definitely are not fresh. Go anywhere but here and you will have an immensely better experience.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
