  I waited in the drive through for 20 mins. Was never told it was going to take that long. Never ended up getting my food.

  Wendy’s is Wendy’s. You know what to expect from there. Anthony , wasn’t what we expected. He’s so kind and considerate! Even tried to accommodate me for my picky choices but when he said he couldn’t - I didn’t push because it wasn’t something major. So instead he went out of his way to make sure I had the best salad ever. Threw in fresh tomatoes for me. I’ve never in multiple states I’ve been in had someone willing to do even something minor like added extra tomatoes to a salad AND WITH A SMILE. Which as someone who’s worked from big offices to little cute mom and pop restaurants. That mindset and ability to choose a customers preference and try to meet them in the middle made that entire location and moment my new favorite place to go to. Keep him. Someone like Anthony is an asset in a world of fast food. They don’t have an Anthony

  Unfortunately this specific location has gone down hill. This specific location will have you wait at the drive through menu until and will not take your order until the car in front of you has picked up their food. The wait times are ridiculous 15 to 20 minutes for chicken nuggets. Unfortunately I didn’t learn my lesson the first three times, while waiting for my food but never again will I go to this location. I don’t see how this establishment makes money
