  Ordered from the subway app for a pickup. I ordered for a different subway location but for some reason my order was sent to this location. I did not relize it until I showed to pick up my food and they had no record of it. Upon realizing, I called this store (where my order went to) to cancel because I did not have time to go across town to pick it up and ti request a refund. They told me there was nothing that they can do and I would have to cancel through the subway app. After looking through the App I learned that there is no option in the app to cancel an order. I called the store back for assistance and I was told, it wasent their problem and the associate hung up on me mid sentence. So... i have no sandwhich, no refund and no customer service to help. I guess I just donated my $ to subway. Way to do buisness!!! Do better!!!!

  Ruth st Subway is the Best they actually have the items u want & ur sandwich & have cookies unlike the other subways, & they @ lease notify you about ur order if they're out of an item

  Usually this place is okay. Tonight at 8 pm I ordered two footlongs and when I pulled up to pick it up the workers were running to their cars. I asked one of the workers if they were closed and she stated they were. I asked why they were closing an hour early and she nervously said "uhhh trouble.. yeah trouble" I said "trouble?" and she replied yes. This is ridiculously unprofessional. There was no trouble and it was obvious they did not want to work their full shift. I will be contacting corporate because as an adult you need to learn to work your full shift like the rest of us.
