- SAShawn AuthementNov 14, 20253.0Overall I would say that we were disappointed in the dishes that we ordered. We tried the atchafalaya (fried catfish on a bed of crawfish etouffe) and jambalaya. The dishes seemed cool or cold, and came out really quick the combination of both of this leads me to believe it was precooked food that was reheated. It was salty but not as flavorful as I would have liked. The fish was good. I suspect their better dishes are the catfish basket and the burger so I would prefer those and avoid the other dishes.
