The staff was very nice and said they’d start making it right away. Two hours later I was able to pick it up and the cake is beautiful! Little hiccup with the ordering system. I may call to place my order next time. The quality of the cake makes me want to order again!

The hours show they are open and even the hours on the door show the inside to be open, but the kids running the place keep the door locked until they want. I enjoy seeing all the variety of colorful donuts freshly available, as I would think alot of people do, especially children. You would think a donut place would understand this. And it's not a covid thing, as I am writing this in June 2022. I'm not sure this place will remain open much longer, as a few times I attempted to go inside I watched several do the same and leave frustrated. Good thing Snowflake is always open during stated hours as they are literally right down the road.

Every time, I have been disappointed with the quality and service at this store. For at least the 2nd time, I have had to explain to the kid at the window the proper way to make an ice cream sundae. Today, I was told that they were out of chocolate ice cream. When I asked the young lady at the window how a Baskin-Robbins runs out of chocolate ice cream, she answered, "Because a lot of people order chocolate." This would be a great place to open a "real" ice cream parlor.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
