    It depends on the day how the food is. I didn't think k they could mess up ice but clearly they can.

    Hi, I wanted to share that my recent order wasn’t quite right. The burgers were old, were made incorrectly, and the bread was hard. Fries were hard. I was disappointed because the food quality is usually much better.

    Trash. No one ever answers the call for order even when no body is here. Food is cold taste like it’s been sitting out for hours. We ask for ranch and got a different kind of dip that we did want. When we asked for ranch the manager said in a very rude tone you gone have to pay for that that’s not what you asked for. When I explained we got the wrong dip and it was not what we asked for she told me you ain’t gettin nothin unless you pay. Very unprofessional. Next visit customer service was garbage again. The girl taking our order was rude and had a bad attitude and a smart mouth.
