    Had a mobile order the worker couldn’t remember which bag belonged to which car so we let him know what we ordered. After a wait he handed ur our bags, said it was all. We had to go back because they forgot our cookies. Cookies retrieved realized we didn’t have our nuggets. Cashier didn’t even pay me any mind and rushed past me to ring up her family member who came in after me. A different customer had to help me because the cashier was chatting it up.

    I have Been going to this particular Location for many, Many years. I have always relied on their quick service, Great deals, and friendly atmosphere. I have been a twice weekly, Sometimes 14 times weekly customer reliably since 2006. I am TIRED of being Scoffed at, Dealing with WRONG ORDERS ALL OF THE TIME, NEVER being able to get ice cream or a Frappe because they wont "Fix" The machines. This place has been a huge pile ever since the latest remodel. This morning I payed way too much money for not enough food, I ordered a Sausage, egg & Cheese McMuffin, Add bacon... and you know what I got? a Sausage and cheese mcmuffin.... not to mention i was in a drive thru line of only about 6 People and it took over 10 minutes for us all to get served. THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW. I will NOT be back. PLEASE HIRE A NEW CREW AND A NEW STORE MANAGER.

    Ask for a couple espresso shots, to call what I got ,,dirt water" wouldn't be an understatement as it wasn't even regular coffee. Not to mention that there was a disgusting piece of hair in my food 🤮 Also for all this there was an unbelievable wait for a fast food place, so great stuff I've no words thanks.
