  I have Been going to this particular Location for many, Many years. I have always relied on their quick service, Great deals, and friendly atmosphere. I have been a twice weekly, Sometimes 14 times weekly customer reliably since 2006. I am TIRED of being Scoffed at, Dealing with WRONG ORDERS ALL OF THE TIME, NEVER being able to get ice cream or a Frappe because they wont "Fix" The machines. This place has been a huge pile ever since the latest remodel. This morning I payed way too much money for not enough food, I ordered a Sausage, egg & Cheese McMuffin, Add bacon... and you know what I got? a Sausage and cheese mcmuffin.... not to mention i was in a drive thru line of only about 6 People and it took over 10 minutes for us all to get served. THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW. I will NOT be back. PLEASE HIRE A NEW CREW AND A NEW STORE MANAGER.

  Ask for a couple espresso shots, to call what I got ,,dirt water" wouldn't be an understatement as it wasn't even regular coffee. Not to mention that there was a disgusting piece of hair in my food 🤮 Also for all this there was an unbelievable wait for a fast food place, so great stuff I've no words thanks.

  I ordered using my mobile app, and they gave us sauces but NOT THE 40 NUGGETS I paid for. I drove home before looking through the bag so I called, and the person who had bagged the order was on the phone admits fault, and when we got there, a random lady I assume manager accuses us of lying bc the order packer wasa manager, people make mistakes but if you can't own up, don't call the customer a liar, you have cameras, use them.

  As soon as we walked in(Springhill, LA), the lobby had an unpleasant smell. We went to the order kiosks, but two out of the four were out of service. That was not a big deal, so we decided to order at the counter instead. When we walked up, the woman I assume was the manager, since she was the only employee wearing a yellow shirt, told us to wait a moment. She then walked past us, went outside, and stayed there for a little over five minutes to talk to her friends. while we just stood at the counter waiting. When she finally returned, she took our order and we sat in the back near the restrooms. While eating, we noticed water dripping from the air conditioning. Looking up, we saw more than ten ceiling tiles with visible water damage and mold stains. A short time later, another employee entered through the side door near the bathrooms and brought in three children, two girls and a boy, who had jackets, blankets, and electronic devices with them. The employee left the children unattended, and within minutes they became disruptive. They ran across the bench seats, screamed, put their bare feet and even their backsides on the tables, and caused repeated distractions for customers who were trying to eat
