  Wow! Terrible experience in Gonzales last night. We walked out. Came to Sorrento tonight. Was met with hello how are you by two people. These people are super nice! The food is awsome! Atmosphere is awsome. My new favorite place to eat! Wow! Veronique really went out of her way to help us and apologized for the bad experience at the other mcdonalds! Thank you.

  Wildly incompetent here. We went through the outer drive thru lane. They wouldn’t answer the speaker while still clearly taking several orders via the first speaker. About 7-8 cars were pumped through the first line before they even began communicating with us and when they did, they instantly asked us to wait, which took another 5-10 minutes before officially taking our order. Once we ordered, they never got the order correct - even after multiple attempts with various workers, they never managed to get us our complete order. We spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru line, which is about 20-25 minutes too long for a low tiered fast food establishment. This location severely needs to be retrained on how to operate this store because it’s without a doubt one of the worst experiences at a McDonald’s that I’ve ever had. We finally gave up on our order and accepted the loss because of how remedial the entire staff was. An honest review that deserves 0 stars. Save your time and money and don’t go here until they have new management or until they are actually trained on how to do their jobs. 0/10
