  Horrible customer service, staff is rude. If I am spending my money, I would like my food cooked to my satisfaction. I drove 3 miles to the next Wendy's. Never going to the one on Old Spanish Trail again.

  The service was decent, but the burger, nuggets and fries all had extra salt. This food was the saltiest food I have ever had from a Wendy's. And the unsweet tea had a alcohol taste and smell.

  Genuinely one of the rudest employees I have ever been served by to date. We got to the drive thru and prefaced by saying we had a few things to order as it was for four people and we got returned with a loud sigh. After finishing saying the first combo and pausing waiting for conformation she proceeded to raise her voice and not suggested but immediately went into saying we needed to finish saying the rest of our order because they’re wrapping up and trying to close. We came an entire hour before closing time by the way. One of the orders, we asked for had a half sweet, half unsweet tea, in which again we were met with a loud sigh and a “what??” in a rude tone. After being rushed through the order we were met again with a scoff and told to pull around. The woman at the first window to pay was kind and asked us how we were doing and that was fine. She even apologized for how we were treated and talked to in the drive thru on behalf of the other woman. We went to the second window and our drinks were quickly shoved to us after waiting a few minutes with no words said. And then after getting our food with zero words exchanged we pulled off to check it and we were missing multiple sauces we asked for as well as a 4 count spicy nugget. We pulled back around to the second window and said this in which we were met back with “I gave all the sauces you asked for” to which we replied we asked for bbq and got none. She then rolled her eyes and said we’d have to pay for them or exchange so we gave some of our other sauces back in which we shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. She then slammed the window shut, realized we didn’t leave, rolled her eyes once more, opened the window and asked what? Again in a very hateful tone. We repeated that we were also missing the food as we had said before. She said check your receipt I didn’t charge you for it. We said that we ordered it at the menu sign, in which we did, because we literally had the entire order written down and were reading it. She said we had to pay for it so we did and then she begrudgingly, and forcefully pushed the bag through the window to us after all of that. We didn’t get her name. Might’ve started with a D? Unsure. But the kind of service is the type that makes you never go back to a place again and tell others about your horrible experience. There are so many better options than here. If you hate your job so much to treat others that way, or even just hate yourself so much to treat others like that maybe a step back needs to be taken to look at yourself and your life and ask yourself as to what got you, a middle aged woman to work at a Wendy’s and feel the need to treat anyone who comes to grab a bite so poorly. I hate to say but your job is customer service. No customers no money. I hope this particular Wendy’s takes a moment to look at their staffing and realize such belittling people are not worth having.
