  lol went to get food at 9:55 am they claim to open at 9am but doors were locked & nobody came opened it

  I highly recommend ONLY THE DRIVE THRU. They were slinging orders out so fast out that window. But ordering 2 cheesy roll ups on the app and picking up at the counter took 25 min. to be served.

  I had a very upsetting experience at the Taco Bell Northshore location in Slidell on February 13, 2026 around 8:30 PM. While ordering in the drive-thru, I asked a simple question about what ingredients come on a Nacho BellGrande. The manager came on the speaker and began yelling the ingredients in an aggressive and disrespectful tone. When I calmly asked why she had an attitude, she became defensive instead of handling the situation professionally. What was most concerning is that she became so aggressive that other employees had to hold her back from approaching me, which made the situation feel unsafe. This is not the first time she has been rude, and customers should not be treated this way. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. I will not be returning unless changes are made.
