  Came in for lunch and the food was great. Properly cooked, fresh, etc. But the staff were distracted and distracting. One of the managers sat there face timing in one of the bar booths and it was very unprofessional and a little annoying. The rest of the staff were having a little party in an empty section, leaving me to wave someone down if I needed anything. Not great.

  Service was good but they didn't have the bome in stake when I was there and the sirloin was dry.

  We went on tuesday March 17, 2026. Place was not busy. 1 person at bar nobody in the restaurant. we stood there 2 or 3 minutes, nobody at the hostess desk. Bartender looked at us. Said nothing. Server walked past us said nothing. I literally had to go to the bar and ask for a seat after being seated, we waited another five minutes. Hostess walked passed and I asked for a server. Ordered steak. Overcooked. Broccoli was cold. My son had sour cream and bacon on his potato when I asked for only cheese. I came in here few months ago and service/ food was bad. Swore I'd never return. This time sealed the deal. This place needs new management.

  I have not been to Outback in over 10 years.. so I decided to give it a try. The blooming over was over cooked and greasy. The 8oz sirlion Steak was not a good cut of meat and full of gristle. There was a large portion that couldn't be chewed. The baked potato was pretty good. All in all I left disappointed.

  I had hair in my food and was still charged for the whole meal. I wasnt compensated for having hair in my mouth. Customer service is horrible. Never going back.
