- BBBrittaneyFeb 6, 20261.0The service here is extremely unprofessional, and the food is awful. I warn you, don’t order your wings for the big game coming up because they don’t listen to directions. The reason they can’t hear directions is that they always have their AirPods in their ears. The food is absolutely not worth a dime. I wish I had checked my food because they got it wrong once again. I ordered a 10-piece all FLATS with a Buffalo ranch fry, and I had to repeat myself several times. Well, once I got home, I saw that I didn’t get all flats, and let me tell you, I said this multiple times in person. Once I got home, I tried calling the store to inform them of my order, and they deliberately ignored my calls. So I called from a different number and got a hold of the manager, and he was not professional at all. Below are the pictures of what I ordered. I ordered three lemon pepper and the rest Buffalo. During my interaction, I did take this video in case they said, 'No, you never said that,' so here you are. I don’t recommend this location at all. When they first opened, it was amazing, from customer service to the food to complete compassion, but not anymore. Let me remind you, the fry alone was $5.49, and I barely got any. I hate to leave negative feedback, but I wanted others to see before they take a chance ordering from this location. The manager stated, 'You can bring your food back tomorrow, and we will replace it.' I said, 'I’ll be in tomorrow. Their food used to be delicious now it’s garbage.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
