  12:20 Monday 11/3, black girl behind the counter was nice and smiled at the black female doordash driver ahead of us, and we, a white couple approached the counter, she got a frown on her face. She didn't ask us for a sauce for the nuggets, and the only words she said to us was when I asked for cups for the ketchup.."we're out". The area for the salt and pepper was a mess, and the lids for the sodas low but she had time for her phone.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. The Manager was very rude when we were eating in the lobby and told us to leave because their lobby was closed. The food order was also wrong. The people there are very disrespectful and rude.

  Been going to Wendy's on Pontchartrain in Slidell for about 12 years now but this morning was the weirdest experience I was asked for a cigarette at the window as the nosy cashier was looking in my truck. Then when I pulled up to the second window they told me to copart to the right I said thank you. This so-called manager comes out and all I said was.. and I quote I hope there's a straw in there. He said I should have asked a better way. I did not know there was a better way to ask for a straw so they're asking for cigarettes at the window the manager was very rude so I went inside he's going to start cursing me and telling me to leave or he's going to call the police. All of this merely by me saying because he had to walk out to the truck I hope there's a straw in there. I cannot help he took it wrong one of the things I meant is that's a lot of walking for a straw LOL anyway seriously weird experience

  Great and nothing is wrong about this place, but some of the messed up managers they have here. Candace is the best manager that works here, and she's really for all of their customers. Samantha is the worst manager here, she hates here customers always puts out cold for the customers, and also talks bad about the customers. It's honestly surprising why she still has a job at this establishment. She also constantly messes up all the orders, and gives the customer a hard time about remaking the order. This wasn't just said from any particular employee but some, I'm not gonna mention any names tho. The customers know, who the bad Managers are also. Whoever owns this restaurant definitely needs to evaluate their managers better. Employees constantly do leave this place and transfer. When people like Karon, Faith leave this place to go to another Wendys. That's how bad this overall establishment is, at one point in time tho it used to be a wonderful place. Still is at times just depends on who works there.

  Did a mobile order but when we got home realized the food wasn’t as ordered. The food matched the regular item on menu.
