  First off let me say this was the worst experience of my life. I ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad and a small fry. When I received my order it was horrendous. The chicken in my salad was rock hard and tasted horrible. I barely had any lettuce in my salad and it was all wet and wilted. Now don’t even get me started about those French fries. First I ordered a small and only half the container was filled. They were so hard and oily you could taste they went fresh. This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my entire life I don’t recommend you should definitely stay far away from this store!!

  Need to talk to head quarters bc im a dasher that delivers people’s food and they have a attitude with me every time I get there and they walk pass me at the counter and act like they don’t see me! Then they slam the people food at me they soooo rude there!!!!! I don’t like doing to that Wendy’s as a dasher!!!!!!

  When certain managers aren’t there and it’s mostly a young crew working, the food is crap. One time we ordered a baconator and literally had 2 jr bacon cheeseburger patties on it instead of the normal sized patties. Tonight, both junior bacon cheeseburgers I ordered were dry and hard and cold! It was very unpleasant. I rarely get hot fresh food from this location and it’s clear that most of them just don’t care. When even your cheese on the burger is cold and not melted, that’s a problem. The fries are also never fresh. The whole team needs a revamp. This Wendy’s used to never be this disappointing. I try and try to continue to give them chances and continue to be dissatisfied, so we’ll be going to different locations until this one gets right. Oh and BRING BACK SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE!!!!! Edit to add: I’ve waited a while for my food the last few times I’ve gone and when I get home, the only thing hot was the chili. This is the exact same night crew that works each time there is a wait and the food is cold! What was I waiting for?????

  12:20 Monday 11/3, black girl behind the counter was nice and smiled at the black female doordash driver ahead of us, and we, a white couple approached the counter, she got a frown on her face. She didn't ask us for a sauce for the nuggets, and the only words she said to us was when I asked for cups for the ketchup.."we're out". The area for the salt and pepper was a mess, and the lids for the sodas low but she had time for her phone.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. The Manager was very rude when we were eating in the lobby and told us to leave because their lobby was closed. The food order was also wrong. The people there are very disrespectful and rude.
