- LPLogan PineJul 4, 20251.0Id give it a zero but that's not an option just went in a few mins ago to get my family something to eat and the woman behind the counter attitude was absolute trash and as soon as we walked in we were asked what are we getting with an attitude from close to the back room yet we just walked in and didn't even have a chance to see what we wanted. Then as im discussing with my small children what they would like was interrupted and asked how many sandwiches were getting... im clearly still trying to figure out what my family wants so I try and ask my family again and it wouldn't be a big deal but she was acting like we were inconvenience to her or it was a problem for us to be there. It was uncomfortable for my whole family and I just told her dont worry about it we will just go somewhere else then and only then did her attitude change like she cared. Needless to say it seems she doesnt like or even care for her job and my family didn't eat.

Minutes after my order, a Subway employee called my phone to let me know that I will have to call my credit card to cancel the transaction because she just got there and no meatballs are ready..... What? So, she then said that if i really want my order, I will have to wait 45 additional minutes. Very odd. Last month, we ordered curbside online. When we arrived to pick up, we were told that someone walked in and "jacked" our sandwiches... they had to make them over again.
