  No joke, the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. The sweet man that made my sub was so kind and listened to me, which is a wonderful quality. I wish that I could put him in my pocket and take him everywhere I go. I unfortunately don’t know his name, but he was working on 11/30/25 at 8:00 pm. Sir, thank you for your service.

  I didn’t catch the gift of the working gentleman’s name, but I’d be a wealthier man if I did (11/30/25 evening shift, around 8:00P). He was timely, friendly, and his sub crafting skills were superb. Every nuanced request of mine was met- nay; exceeded- to the fullest extent of my wildest Eat Fresh dreams. I asked for light salt and pepper: he actually listened. I asked for extra pickles: his demeanor said “say less”. This man follows through. Next time you’re passing through Slidell, make it a point to slide into Subway during this man’s shift. Also give him a raise. ❤️

  Subway, not much to say. This Subway location has friendly staff and quick service. They were not out of bread or only down to one type or didn't have this or that out. Everything was really fresh at this location. At least it was today. So when im back around I'll swoop in to see if the same service and food quality is there if so I'll rerate to 5 stars. Oh, (this location only)they are not stingy with their servings. Usually they try to give you 5 slices of meat on a 12inch sub which makes out to only be bread and whatever else you dress it with. You order double meat and they double charge for what I could make at home 10xs. Many other locations are very tight on the already 1/16th of an inch slice of meat they give you and think 5 is enough. This location has my stamp !
