Today I called and was put on hold. No problem you'll be right back? Wrong! Hang up call back. Immediately on hold 5 more minutes. Hang up call back. Immediately on hold again! 20 minutes later I get to the restaurant and the women is on the phone and tells me to hold on as she is over by the oven on the damn phone! I would've understood if she was busy but there where two DAMN orders ready! I dont mind holding but eventually you need to answer the Damn phone!
