I usually dont share bad experiences but this is absolutely ridiculous. Waited for over 20 minutes for my food. Supposed to be fast food. Should not take this long. Manager had horrible attitude. Lobby full of people all waiting and all they worried about is drive thru. I get they have a time limit for drive through but seriously. A lobby full of people and no help. Then when I finally got my food they dropped it on the counter very aggressively and said here when I asked what was taking so long.

It is great going here but my hampster grew his first pube after going! The fries here were so good that he grew his first tree in the jungle!

Came here for lunch and realized that when I pulled off I was missing A snack wrap and a large fry. (Classic McDonalds forgetting stuff.)
I spoke to somebody at the store and they told me that it was not a problem to come on in and they would replace what I was missing.
When I get to the store, after I had ran my errands for the day and what not, I was met by a manager, who seemingly did not believe me. He harassed me the entire time in front of other employees and other customers at the store, he told me that he does not give out free food, and that there was nothing in his manager “group chat “.
I would understand if I was asking for a lot, however, a large fry and a measly snack wrap is not something That is worth the hassle. I just won’t be returning to the store ever again.

Sitting here with my 9 year old son, listening to an employee cuss at and threatening other workers. Same employee had an attitude when he walked over to us to ring up my order. Then again when he had to bring the food out. Absolutely unbelievable. And extremely worrying.
