- MMMuneca Muneca3 days ago1.0I started going to this location after the staff on gause started CONSTANTLY botching my orders and had become increasingly rude..this location used to be a great alternative, they once paid attention to detail, were very friendly, polite and prompt..until recently..the regular morning crew has been replaced with grumpy, unkind people who put whatever THEY want on your order, who cares how YOU ordered it!? I chose this location to escape the issues at the one closer to my home only for the same issues to start popping up over here. I don’t think I’ll be eating any more fast food ever again, companies are ditching “please, thank you and have a nice day” and allowing door slams, sass, poor customer service, frowns and plenty of attitude, not sure if it’s a gen z thing or if this is a new business model where they’ve decided customers don’t need courteousness…but it’s an adjustment I'm unwilling to make.

Now, she may be upset that she got coal this year and I can see why that might be the case.
