They canceled the order on us after it showed in the oven bc one number was off on the phone number, then told me it’d be an hour and a half before they could deliver it to us after I called to ask why it was cancelled. If the payment works and the address works, take the money and deliver the pizza. Will not use this store again.

We got all the way home and had to go back to store. We thought they would remake the pizza for us but no the lady was super rude and says all we can do is add it to it and squeezes the sauce over the crust of the pizza. Clearly in the picture you can see it was just squeezed on and now from going all the way home back to the store and back home we have cold pizza. Horrible customer service! Not going back to this location and from now on I am going to be checking my pizza before I walk out of the store (which I shouldn’t have to because the order should be correct). It shouldn’t be the customers responsibility. The lady needs to take accountability for making the mistake and fix it instead she wants to put a bandaid over it and thinks that will make it all better.
