  I was looking forward to a Chick-fil-A sandwich but the traffic was all the way around the building and all the parking places were full.

  Extremely long line but they took good care of us Chic fil A y'all may need another location across the street ❤️ during our visit I know there were atleast 30 cars THATS A LOT kudos to the staff and managers

  Twice now the top came off salad when pulled out of bag and salad fell on the floor. And there not cheap either. And what's with only getting staw half the time i go through drive through.

  If I could give zero or negative Stars today I would! Unfortunately this system only allows for one star and it wasn't even a one-star experience here today. I pulled up thinking I was in luck because there was only one car ahead of me and nobody behind me in line which is uncommon for this place. However if other people have had the same experiences I lately I can see where their business is dropping off, I can tell you after today I wouldn't be returning to this particular Chick-fil-A anytime soon. I ordered a number 6 which is an egg and cheese biscuit with your choice of meat either sausage or bacon. I told the girl I wanted a number 6 sausage. I waited probably 2 or 3 times longer at the window after I had ordered and pulled around that I have ever waited before. While I was sitting there I noticed that the kid inside who was pouring the drinks happened to be drinking out of one of the drink cups, I certainly hope that was his and not a customer's! When I got my meal I pulled away and pulled through the parking lot and for some reason it came over me that I ought to check my meal. Am I glad I did because what I got was a single Patty of sausage slapped on a dry biscuit no egg no cheese. I drove back around and had one of the window people that was outside of the building come over to the car showed him the problem with my meal and gave him my whole meal back potatoes and sandwich because I didn't want to sit and wait on a sandwich to be remade and have the potatoes go cold, I told him to have them remake the entire meal. When the meal finally came back all that came back was a sandwich albeit it was correct this time there were no potatoes so then I had to have the girl go back and get me my new order of potatoes. So I don't know who's to blame, whether it was a girl with the bad attitude taking orders or somebody in the kitchen that screwed it up but either way this was a ridiculous experience today.

  Well, this was the first time ever that I had a Chick-fil-A Employee not say a word to me other than name which I had to provide because it was a pick up order and nothing else was said no thank you no, you’re welcome. No my pleasure.
