  We Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. We payed and the lady at the window clicked $19 tip and they wouldn’t give me a full refund for the $19 tip that I didn’t hit. The people there are absolutely disrespectful and don’t care about their costumers. After we got our smoothies we still sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for our food.

  I had to come back & redo my review from 11 months ago. I’d previously given 5 stars & bragged on how excellent everything was, I was going almost once a week. The last several times I have gone have been a totally diff experience. It seems like any time I go in the evening, it is crap. Many times no one would answer the drive thru, and if we pulled up they just continue to pass by the window like we aren’t there. The last 3xs I went for an açaí bowl, I ended up with straight liquid in a bowl. One of those times I ordered 2, one was perfect & the other was liquid. Not sure what happened to this location but I will no longer waste money here.

  I went for the first time yesterday and the basil chicken flat, a Thai salad and a tropical banana smoothie!!! All 3 were sooooooo good!! I will be back!!!

  I will never return to this location again. The service today was absolutely horrible. My children and I sat for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to take our order. When I politely asked for the appropriate contact number, I was flat-out denied. To make matters worse, the manager, Amber, was completely unprofessional and even yelled across the counter that she would “come across the counter or whatever” — extremely threatening and unacceptable behavior for someone in a leadership role. The girl at the counter, Nisha, was also very unprofessional. She came up saying she was “off the clock” even though she was clearly on the clock when we walked in. She then asked Amber (her sister, as we later found out) to clock her out in front of customers instead of serving us. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in any business. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic respect is shocking. If you value your time and want decent service, avoid this place.
