  Why is it that everytime I order on the app, the food is wrong. I orderedthe new nachos grande dip and I got beans and cheese, nothing else. I just wish they could fix the food correctly

  I come to this Taco Bell often and usually have no serious issues; However, Ashanti, the cashier working drive through tonight, was blatantly rude and made it absolutely obvious she didn’t not care to be at work or have any desire to take care of customers.

  Does this look like a taco to you? I also asked for extra sauce on my quesadilla and it taste like they didnt even put any on it. Got two steak grilled burritos and they didnt out any steak in it.

  This review has been 3 years in the making. If there has been a manger there for that long, they need to be fired or ownership needs to change. I have come accross a slew of employees at this location and it is the same old story. I don’t really need someone all cheery and smiley at the window. You work at a fast food place, I get it. I don’t need to be courted. I just want my food to come out at a reasonable speed and not the 30 minutes I patiently waited today for them to serve the people ahead of me, just to still be waiting longer. Or an hour like I’ve waited in the past. I can walk to this Taco Bell if I wanted to but starting today I’ll gladly start driving to another one to never have to deal with this garbage again.
