  This is the slowest fast food on Pines Rd. Doesn't matter if you drive thru or dine in. You will sit at the drive thru mic for 10 to 15 min before anyone says anything. People constantly driving off thinking mic is broke. If you go inside, it smells off. It hasn't always been like this, don't know what happened. I know employees don't care but ya'll losing mad amounts of customers just driving off.

  Big crack in the window as soon as you walk in, your greeted by a rude lady on the phone who tells you if you want to order you need to use the kiosk, the boards are all broken and flashing. The tables were all covered in gunk. Bathrooms were covered in toilet paper, pee all over. Mouse traps in the bathroom. By the fountains I almost fell because of the water all over the floor. We were there for almost an hour just for some food that was supposed to be quick on our drive home. No receipts from the kiosk at all so cant get your points. They tried to give us our order without 2 of the sandwiches (we only ordered 2) literally the worst food place ive ever been to.

  Placed an order online after leaving work went to pick up my food get home and noticed that I only have 4 burgers in the bag now mined you I ordered 4 hot and spicy 3 cheeseburgers 2 medium fries and 2 medium drinks not thinking to check the bag because they are always getting my order right ok so boom once I get home and check my bag all I have is just the 3 cheeseburgers and the 1 hot and spicy. I called them about 3 or 4 times no answer like how y’all can’t answer the phone mind you now I stay 30 minutes away from the Mc Donald’s on Pines rd and I didn’t want to leave home and drive all the way back up there just to get up there and argue with the workers about something that they did by not paying attention like how can I get half of my money back since I didn’t receive all my food.

  This Pines Rd McDonald’s is ridiculous. The drive-thru is always painfully slow — 15 to 20 minutes every time, even with barely any cars ahead. And if there’s an actual line, forget it. For how long they make people wait, you’d think the place would at least be clean and run well. It’s not. The floors are greasy, the store is nasty, and the staff is consistently rude. Today we ordered ahead on the app before even leaving the house, still sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and then got told to pull to the side anyway. So what exactly is the benefit of mobile ordering here? None. Slow, dirty, and rude every single time. Where is corporate and why aren’t they pulling their partnership?? Management is in the trash can, and the store smells like a septic tank.

  I ordered two happy meals on a road trip through LA. It took 20 minutes to receive the happy meals. During this 20 mins many of the employees were on their phones behind the counter. When I asked one for the cups to go with my happy meal she turned away mid sentence. Very rude service. There were 8+ people waiting for orders as well at the time.
