- ANAOD NekoDec 21, 20251.0Went to drive-thru at 11:20pm order was ordering two frosty was told they were out of vanilla so I changed both the frosty to be chocolate. I get to the window and she decided to tell me that she could make one frosty vanilla and the other choclate after I had paid. I still ended up with the wrong frosty it was supposed to be strawberry not chocolate on chocolate. I only changed my vanilla brownie frosty or oreo because they said they were out of vanilla so I got it in vanilla when I didn't want that. They need to ask people about these decisions before they make them and actually give the correct frosty ordered instead of the wrong.

I was expecting quite a different experience when dining in with Wendy's but this store is brand new and filthy. Hope i dont get sick.. Would not recommend

Customer service skills are complete garbage. I will never understand why people get jobs that require them to work with the public and they have stank attitudes. She had two ponytails and they were different colors. Get it together maam.
