  food is almost never actually correct, and when it is, they've somehow always forgotten anything meant to accompany it. if the order is correct and they gave you all your napkins and sauces, the food itself is either cold or clearly stale. i've been here several dozen times since this location opened and had maybe three good experiences. service is such a wild card, you'll either get someone lovely and helpful or someone who will fully just slam the window in your face and interrupt you while you're trying to order. i went today and ordered the asiago ranch, and when i got it there was no ranch or bacon on it. alright, sure, a sandwich with just chicken for $12. they cannot make an order correctly. i'm not even trying to be mean; they just can't do it. they only have a tiny handful of staff who will even try.

  Went to drive-thru at 11:20pm order was ordering two frosty was told they were out of vanilla so I changed both the frosty to be chocolate. I get to the window and she decided to tell me that she could make one frosty vanilla and the other choclate after I had paid. I still ended up with the wrong frosty it was supposed to be strawberry not chocolate on chocolate. I only changed my vanilla brownie frosty or oreo because they said they were out of vanilla so I got it in vanilla when I didn't want that. They need to ask people about these decisions before they make them and actually give the correct frosty ordered instead of the wrong.

  Unfriendly staff unresponsive when spoke to. Just nods head.. The floors are caked with stuff and tables are unclean. I was expecting quite a different experience when dining in with Wendy's but this store is brand new and filthy. Hope i dont get sick.. Would not recommend
