Almost all of the chairs and tables are chipped, scratched up or dirty. The fireplace is not on but there's a roaring sound on as if it's working. The red accent wall needs to be cleaned or repainted. They had no coffee creamer for the coffee. Most of the study drinks weren't available at the sink kiosk. As you can imagine, when you walk in, you see people lounging around and doing nothing. Very disappointed. The food was good, fresh, and hot. Oh, and they were getting the landscaping done today so that's a step in the right direction.
