  Omg this venue is simply amazing!! Mrs. Cynthia and her staff will provide the atmosphere you are looking for. I just had my surprise birthday/engagement party there and I’m still speechless at the service they provided. The decor to the amazing food and the amazing service still has my friends and family talking about this venue. Mrs. Cynthia and her staff even exceeded my high expectations. If you’re looking for a venue to host your gathering this is the place to go. They are very professional and that was one of the first things I was looking for so trust me you can’t go wrong with, the Valencia on the lake!!

  When I first went to this place it was beautiful and I loved everything I wanted a small wedding. I was told by the owner everything would be handled I wouldn't have to worry. Soon as I signed my name on the dotted line everything changed. It was you can't have real flowers you can't take food home (that we paid 1100.00 for by the way) the day before our Wedding I was told we couldn't BLOW BUBBLES by the owners daughter. I was even told even though we paid for 50 guest we couldn't have the entire building. We paid for a professional bartender 125 PLUS TAX. Turns out its was the daughter. The Owner husband (by the way for the longest Cynthia lied to me saying her boss this and that won't allow us to do something) how about YOU are the Boss wife. We was treated poorly. Once we could only meet on a Sunday with our DJ. Owner said we could. She was late and had the nerve to holler to us "Come on yall doing this or what I'm doing yall a favor coming here". Excuse me BUSINESS TRANSACTION. By that time we had COMPLETELY PAID our balance off way before it was due. I was told the day after our wedding a couple of our guest went to go get seconds and was told it would be $3.00 HOW WE COUNTED 42 IN ALL INCLUDING BRIDE AND GROOM. Mind you WE HAVE ALREADY PAID 1100.00 for that food we could NOT take home. I wish to God someone would've told us that was happening. Long story short because there Is more like the husband who never spoke to us but was PASSING OUT BUSINESS CARDS AT OUR RECEPTION AND THERE WAS NO AIR ON. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE ANYTHING HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. OUR TOTAL PRICE JUST FOR THIS PLACE ALONE WAS OVER 3700.00 They played on our inexperience and over charged us. And told me SEVERAL TIMES STRESSING US OUT THAT WE COULDN'T GO OVER 50 THAT INCLUDED OUR WEDDING PARTY OR WE WOULD BE CHARGED. WE COULDN'T AND WOULDN'T GO PAST OUR PARTY TIME BECAUSE A POLICE OFFICER WAS GONNA SHUT IT DOWN. LIKE I SAID THERE IS MORE I'M JUST GLAD IT'S OVER AND I COULD GET SOME PEACE KNOWING IN THE END GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM. I HAD TO WAIT 12 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING TO BOOK A REHEARSAL DAY BECAUSE CYNTHIA SAID "SHE HAS TO MAKE SURE NOBODY ELSE WANTS TO BOOK THAT DAY" EVEN THOUGH HELLO ITS A WEDDING EVERYONE KNOWS YOU HAVE A REHEARSAL THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. WE ALSO ENDED OUR RECEPTION A HOUR BEFORE WE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CAUSES PEOPLE LEFT DO YOU THINK WE GETTING THAT MONEY BACK NOT A CHANCE. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE.
