- RRRAug 3, 20251.0First the employee chose the hardest piece of bread possible which I didn't realize of course until I started eating it. I hate having to ask for soft bread doesn't that defeat the purpose and their whole motto? Then I asked for cheddar cheese and got a shredded mix instead of sliced cheddar. Does he not understand what cheddar means? Why wouldn't you ask if that was what I wanted? Also I couldn't see over the silver trays blocking the window so that's why I didn't even know this was happening until I went to eat it. This is of course how it is in Shreveport in general but it's terrible and I hate it. I won't be going back to this location that's for sure. I even tried to research in advance to see what the best Subway is because of issues like this but I failed. Hopefully this serves as a good warning for future sandwich lovers. I do know that the one on North market st near Blanchard is excellent but they were too far away for me 😭
