  Store opened @9 AM. We walked in around 11:30 AM. They were out of wheat bread, black olives, and brown mustard. The nozzels had not been put on the drink machine, which caused customers to wait to get drinks, have sandwiches made and to pay. In addition to lack of preparation, the employees were absolutely filthy. The guy that was on duty had dirty, greasy hair, and long fingernails that had black gunk underneath them. NO GLOVES WERE WORN and HANDS WERE NOT BEING WASHED. The girl on duty wasn't much better.

  Sick of going to this location they never have anything! It’s not the first time they lost out on money from us !

  They say they close at 10pm but they won't serve you after 9:30pm because they start "to cleaning early". If you close at 9:30, then say you close at 9:30 and turn the open sign off. Horrible.

  We were on the road for 36+ hours with a total round trip of over 2,000 miles. Ate and slept in 5 different states, and did not have any negative moments until we made the mistake of rolling into Subway on our trek back. The staff were not at all together, they seemed like they were all first timers and had never made a sandwich before, much less worked in the public. I would not recommend stopping here, push on to the next establishment down the line.

  I went in on January 9, 2025 at 11 am. Seemed like they were just gearing up for the day. I ordered 2 footlongs, when he opened the bread case roaches went running. We both just stood there for a second then he proceeded to get my bread & cut it. I finally asked if this bread fresh to which he assured me it was made that morning. I then asked “was that bugs?!” He said “yes ma’am but they weren’t ON the bread”. Needless to say I walked out
