Walked in, waited for them to finish serving the customers who were already there. Another group walked in after me, they start making their sandwiches before mine. Another group came in after that one and they started making their sandwiches too. Corporate needs to change this because they lost a customer. I only eat subway at work during lunch because it was easy to place down an order, pick it up off the shelf and not waste time

She told every online order customer the same thing as they approached the counter. At least 3 online order customers that arrived after me received their orders before me. When others referred to the delay, employee said something vague about policy and the business of the location. In actuality, there is a breakdown between the online order system and the inefficiency of the two employees working lunch shift. The app said my order was ready for pickup but i actually received my order at 12:15 PM. Won’t be a patron at this location again.
