    Understaffed. They regularly deactivate your stall instead of answering you, otherwise their wait times will be recorded worse for corporate. If they paid their employees, this issue would disappear.

    Hi, usually this is my go to location for sonic. But when I went this morning I had placed an order for 6:15a and they open @6. But when I pulled up the lights were off and it didn’t seem like an employee was there. Unfortunately I didn’t get my purchase because I had to head to work. Usually really satisfied with this location.

    Everything was perfect, except that I wasn't given napkins. Food was hot and fresh. Service was friendly. No napkins though.
