This is the worst sonic in Louisiana. If you want an old beef patty on your hamburger this is your place. But if you want a fresh hamburger, you have to get here at 6 AM. I was told by the cook that the owner makes them cook a bunch of patties and use them all before cooking anymore. So your hamburgers are not going to be fresh. they have done this at this location for years. Nobody wants to dried out crunchy Piece of meat on their hamburger. I was just there had to return six hamburgers that were all made wrong plus had dried out old meat on them. They supposedly remade them with fresh meat, but it wasn’t. It was still the same old crunchy old meat.

I've been going here for years. Of course, if it sucked we would not keep returning.
I've never had an issue with the service or food.
It's easy to find - at the intersection by Walgreens and Home Depot. Pretty easy getting out, whether you turning left or right.

This was, without question, the most negligent and distressing fast-food experience I have ever had. I had my 6 and 8-year-old children with me, and the way this location handled our order was a disgrace.
We used the walk-up ordering shortly after 9 PM. The screen wasn’t working - we had to flag down a car-hop to take our order, which took a good 20 minutes. The initial order for three full combo meals (a $35 charge) was catastrophically wrong: the bag only contained a single hamburger. When we went to the door to get the order corrected, staff and management completely fell apart. We stood there for at least 15 - 20 minutes with two tired, hungry children—while watching employees inside actively look at us, and refuse to engage. They prioritized avoiding confrontation over correcting their mistake and serving their customers. When someone was finally forced to come out and "fix" the order, the nightmare continued. We drove home to find the order was still wrong, missing multiple key items, and the food we did receive was not what we ordered.
$35 wasted for zero edible food, and over an hour of unnecessary distress caused by staff negligence. Management should be ashamed of this level of service. Avoid this location.
