I called to check on the status of my pizza and the manager got upset because I asked for a refund, I had already waited two hours on the pizza and when I called and asked them why they said that the pizza was already delivered and it wasn't delivered,the manger said we want them to rush with our food and that the driver had other deliveries, and that's fine so I simply wanted a refund so we can go some where else for dinner.She said they can't give us a refund and I asked what's was her name she said she don't know her name ,so I asked for corporate number she than tells me to figure it out. If this is the way you treat your customers than I will never spend another dollar with Pizza Hut! I will take my business to Dominoes where we get treated with respect. The whole crew need to be trained on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
