- TCTERESA CLARKDec 2, 20251.0I called and placed an order to be delivered. It said it was delivered at 11:48am. I went to Main Office and no pizza. I tried calling the store on classroom phone, cell phone, and secretary called. No one answered the phone at all. The delivery guy called and said he was on his way. I told him, it said delivered at 11:48am. He said, they say it been delivered and drivers haven't received the items yet to be delivered. I finall y got pizza 5 minutes before my lunch break ended. It was wrong crust, dry, and looked a mess. They were not that busy they couldn't answer the phones. They should shut this Pizza Hut.

Phone number goes to corporate who can't verify order, order finally comes another 30 minutes later. Missed items. And the food tasted disgusting. On a side note, tried the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch. Description says crispy chicken. It was chicken nuggets. And it was a couple mini pieces of canadian bacon... and it tasted gross! Asked the driver what to do, says they are always short staffed. And there's no point trying to call. But if I drive there on Monday the mgr can make it right. The whole point of delivery was to avoid another trip, and second, I work Mondays. Don't know what to do but post a review... maybe someone cares.
