- BSbrittany Spivey4 days ago1.0I ordered a pizza at 9:19 it's 10:53 I just called and asked if they could cancel and refund my order since I never received . I've been waiting a hour and 30 mins. Get this a little while before at 9:50. I actually called after it said delivered it was never delivered. They said they mark it as delivered because there has been so many orders and they make them as the driver comes in so it won't be cold and they hadn't delivered it yet. That's crazy and delivery shouldn't be an option if this is the case. Pizza never got here and we gotta go to bed on an empty stomach I'm livid. Don't order from here! I also don't actually know if a payment was taken or not the guy just asked my name and said okay. Update: checked my account this afternoon and they charged my account. No pizza out of 30 dollars went to bed hungry this is acceptable. Now no one is answering and it went to central office only for them to connect me back to the restaurant with no answer. So yall screw up people stuff and don't resolve. May God bless this mess!

I tried calling the store on classroom phone, cell phone, and secretary called. No one answered the phone at all. The delivery guy called and said he was on his way. I told him, it said delivered at 11:48am. He said, they say it been delivered and drivers haven't received the items yet to be delivered. I finall y got pizza 5 minutes before my lunch break ended. It was wrong crust, dry, and looked a mess. They were not that busy they couldn't answer the phones. They should shut this Pizza Hut.
