There were 8 employees working that night and out of the 8 none of them were sober. Each and every one was high or intoxicated! Long story short: waited 2 hours for wrong order and horrible food. Yes we ate it because we were hungry and we had paid for it. We tried to get money back, but guy working register was so stoned that he couldn't figure out how to do it so he just gave us 2 pizzas! If you value your time, money, and want good pizza don't go here. Trust me! And the kicker was when we were leaving the shift manager was leaving and she said (and I quote), "It got busy and y'all did an amazing job!" First time seeing her or I would have asked if she new how to give refund! -5 stars out of 5

They hurry my order and the pizza isn’t fully cooked. I had to wait for them to fix the order. I have been a loyal customer for years, visited many locations, and never seen a pizza this undercooked.

It’s a call center and they will not help you when your order does not come. I ordered for delivery never received the order and they said there’s nothing they can do to help me. They put in a ticket stating that they would request the store contact me to fix this issue
