Pizza Hut on bertkoons in Shreveport la sucks they take your order don’t deliver take on a run around and if u do order and it goes thru when you call and ask about ur order they hung up n closed when they supposed to be open for delivery so y take my order and I placed my orders at 9:33 smh do better

DONT ORDER HERE, worst experience. They had pizzas falling on the floor. Attitude anytime someone ask for their order and not a single person that has an ounce of customer service, they even said were not taking any more orders lol. Waste of time would never come to this location. And don't say to contact the owner because I already tried. The owner doesn't take calls btw ☺️
