    Slow drive thru .. they won’t even greet you half of the time before asking for your money . And you won’t get your total until you get to the drive through window . Very slow even when no one is there . I blame the company probably poorly paid .

    Everything was top of the list. But soup should not be that expensive! My example is I had a medical condition. So I had to order a couple of days worth of soup. Overall everything else was great.

    Panera employees can never seem to put all the food we pay for in the bag. 60$ on a food delivery and one person is missing there sandwich is not cool. Door dashers are not allowed to look in the bag so this is a management problem.
