Another time it took him 30 minutes to take my order. Another time they got their order wrong. And the fourth time, they took up 10 minutes, just waiting to cook my order. Fire the manager and bring in a whole new staff.

Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Went inside regarding the order, no apologies just swapped out the wrong for the right and walked away.
